泛素-26S蛋白酶体系统参与调控植物免疫研究进展

摘 要:

各种植物病害严重危及全球粮食安全。植物进化出一系列防御反应机制来应对病原菌的威胁。泛素化是调控蛋白质的活性和稳定性一种重要的翻译后修饰方式。近十年来, 人们越来越认识到泛素-26S蛋白酶体系统(UPS)在植物-病原菌互作中的重要调控作用。UPS在植物免疫的各个环节都发挥作用。UPS成为病原菌作用的靶标, 要么抑制植物防卫反应, 要么为病原菌自身服务。本文对UPS参与调控植物免疫的研究进展进行了简要的综述。

Abstract:

Various diseases caused by plant pathogens are increasing threat to food security worldwide. Understand of the plant defense machinery would provide effective approach to genetic improvement of crop disease resistance. Plants have evolved sophisticated and efficient mechanisms to cope with environments of high pathogen pressure. Ubiquitination is one of important post-translational modifications to control protein stability/degradation and activity. Over the past decade, the importance of ubiquitin-26S proteasome system (UPS) in plant–pathogen interactions has increasingly highlighted. UPS is involved in all steps of plant immune responses. Pathogens also exploit UPS to block or interfere with plant defenses and to promote disease. This review attempts to summarize the current knowledge on UPS involvement in plant immune signaling.
